Quality and Satisfaction Guaranteed:
In our traditional Rosedale way of doing business we guarantee delivery of fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and plants that will last at least seven days. If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please call us at (865) 376-6078. We'll be happy to listen to your concerns and do our best to make it right for you. We have a long history of satisfied cuastomers and value each of you.

Terms and Conditions:
We will do our best to match the flower types, colors and sizes as shown on the web site. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of the same or greater value when our supplies are not exact. If we do not have stock we will contact you over the phone to get approval to make substitutes or to allow you to cancel your order.

Delivery:
You order is delivered by Virginia. A delivery attempt will be made for the time you request. If we cannot deliver at your requested time, we will call you to arrange a time that meets our delivery capabilities. Unless otherwise instructed, we call each recipient prior to delivery. This assures your flowers are received in top condition, regardless of weather conditions. All orders are delivered on the day you request. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery we will either leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient or, if the weather is severe, we will return the delivery to the shop and call the recipient to arrange pick up or another delivery.

Cancellations:
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order up to the time we start to design it.
